What data we process, and for what purpose

We process the name, phone, email, city/country, company and message details you enter in the site survey, quote, contact and dealership forms solely to respond to your request and to prepare a site survey and quote. Information you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp or phone is used for the same purpose.

This data is processed on the legal grounds that it is necessary for entering into a contract and of our legitimate interest.

Transfer and retention of data

Form details reach us through the service providers that supply the site's hosting and email infrastructure; beyond that, they are not shared with third parties. This does not apply where disclosure is required by law.

Once your request has been concluded, your data is kept for the statutory limitation period in case of possible disputes and is then deleted.

Cookies and third-party content

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps only if you allow it; Google may use its own cookies when it loads. Your choice is stored in your browser and is not sent to us; you can change it via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Videos are not loaded until you press the play button; the player opens from YouTube's cookie-free domain.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to info@giyolux.com; we reply within thirty days at the latest.
