Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most before a site survey. If you cannot find the answer to yours, write to us.

Are your sizes standard?

No. Every system is made to the dimensions of the space. The dimensions on the model pages are the upper limit for a single system; larger areas are planned with more than one system.

What is the difference between a bioclimatic pergola and a pergola?

The roof of a bioclimatic pergola is made of aluminium louvres that rotate and retract; by changing the angle you control the light and the airflow. The roof of a pergola is fabric that opens and closes on a tensioning system, and in one piece it can cover much larger areas.

Are the systems motorised?

The bioclimatic pergola, pergola, guillotine glass and zip screen are motorised and work by remote control. Among the awnings, the Pars family is remote-controlled and Sunshine is manual; Janela is made motorised as standard and can be made manual on request. The umbrellas can also be operated manually.

Which glass is used in guillotine glass systems?

6, 8 or 10 mm tempered or laminated glass is used. On the Smart model, optional 5 + 9 + 5 mm tempered double glazing contributes to thermal insulation.

Can I use it in winter too?

Yes. On the bioclimatic pergola, rainwater runs into the gutters when the louvres are closed, and a heater can be added. When the sides are closed with guillotine glass or sliding glass, the area is used in the winter months too.

What is the largest area that can be covered with a single system?

It depends on the model. A pergola goes up to 135 m² in one piece, and the tailor-made pergola T1 up to 270 m² in a single system. For larger areas, systems are planned together; for example, we have a 750 m² pergola installation in Medina.

Do you sell and install abroad?

Yes. We have projects in Germany, Austria, Sweden, Finland, France, Italy, Bulgaria and Saudi Arabia. We have a representative in Austria.

What should I send to get a quote?

The approximate dimensions of the space and a few photos are enough. You can fill in the form or send them directly via WhatsApp; we will then call you about the site survey and drawing.

Come by for a coffee.

We would be glad to welcome you to our office in Silivri to talk through your project and see the systems in person.
